Installation notes:
run the installation script:
>> ./install.sh
>> Install files? y
>> Input target dir full path 

Here you should input the target path, for example:
>> Input target dir full path /tmp/CHmodellingTool/
the script will extract the three program files:
sfcheck				- external utility used by the program
CrysHomModelingTool.jar	- the program java archive	
runme.sh 			- a simple wrapper script to start the program.

you can now CD to the target path and execute the 
runme bash script to start the program.
